How much does shipping cost?

We charge a shipping rate based on the size of the artwork. Each order is fully insured and comes with a shipping tracking number. We will replace any artwork that was damaged during shipping. Just keep the shipping box and take a few photos of the damages. Alaska, Hawaii and Canada have a 10% of the product price shipping surcharge because of the added fees for shipping to those locations. Countries outside the USA have a 20% of product price shipping surcharge because of the added fees for international shipping.

Do you offer discounts?

We do offer holiday discounts that require a discount coupon code. Please join our mailing list to take advantage of these discounts. Also if you purchase three or more pieces we can offer a additional 10% - 20% discount depending on the size of the order. Please inquire with us.

How long do orders take to arrive?

Please allow up to three weeks for delivery, but the artwork will most often arrive much sooner. Large pieces sometimes require freight shipping which may take additional time. We'll do our best to get your artwork delivered in a timely manner and keep you updated if there happens to be any delays.

Will my artwork be signed?

By default we use a small "digital signature" on the lower right or left side of the image. This applies to all of our products except that hand made cotton on wood prints made by Cameron. The cotton on wood print are signed both the front and back by Cameron after a artist proof inspection of the piece.

What digital camera does Cameron use?

Canon 5Ds

The newly designed 50.6MP full-frame CMOS helps deliver ultra-high resolution images for large-scale printing and extensive, creative cropping, while Dual DIGIC 6 Image Processors enable top-of-the-line image quality and processing speed. Taking advantage of its sensor's high-resolution capturing power, the EOS 5DS camera has a new Picture Style called Fine Detail mode. Fine Detail emphasizes fine edges and patterns or textures by setting the camera's Sharpness sub-settings, fineness and threshold to their minimum and by lowering contrast settings as well. Prioritizing minute details in the image allows for better gradations, more detailed textures and fine edges for smoother, more polished photographs.
